Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fi7ora. We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy, here is our return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within [30] days from the date you received the item.

  • Item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) is required.

2. Items Not Eligible

  • Items that are damaged after delivery due to misuse, wear and tear.

  • Items that have been washed, altered, or used.

  • Perishable goods or intimate items (if applicable).

  • Any custom or personalized items (unless faulty).

3. How to Return

  • Contact us at [contact@fi7ora.store] or via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if the return is approved.

  • You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, etc.).

4. Refunds, Exchanges, Credits

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund request is approved.

  • If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within [7–14 business days].

  • If you prefer an exchange (for size, color, etc.), we’ll send out the replacement item once the original is returned and inspected.

  • Partial refunds may be granted (for example, if an item is not in its original condition).

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if the return is not our fault.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement, or full refund (including return shipping) if a replacement is unavailable.
